Lee Stephenson is open (currently) to working with a few churches as a virtual or fractional XP (Executive Pastor). Lee is not looking to relocate but is available to a church under 1000 people that is looking to hire expertise and experience without the expense of a full-time staff member with the costs of benefits.
Lee has served every size church in his ministry career.
Lee has worked with a number of coaching clients, but this is different and more personal, with more direct access to Lee. Throughout the week, Lee would be available via text, phone, and Zoom (and possibly on-sight), as agreed to upon the package and what the client needs.
Lee can oversee staff and be a great support, friend, encourager, and confidant to the Lead Pastor and/or Senior Leadership Team.
